The first six prizewinners will be required to be available to perform in Sydney International Piano Competition of Australia Prizewinners' Concerts from the end of the Competition until 1 October 2008. For this purpose the Competition has the right to bind prizewinners under an Exclusive Performance and Recording Contract until that date. The Competition also has the right to bind the first prizewinner under an Exclusive Australian Performance Contract for two years from 1 October 2010.
