Should any dispute arise regarding the interpretation of any part of the rules and conditions of the Sydney International Piano Competition of Australia 2008, the rules and conditions in English in the Brochure will be the only legal text.

All decisions will be made by the Competition Secretariat, Selection Committee and Jury will be final and not subject to appeal. No correspondence will be entered into.
The law applicable to the Competition and all contractual and other rights shall be the law of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
